We haven't done too much in terms of fun stuff. Stopped by Hot Springs National Park, but was pretty disappointed. There were only a few open hot springs (pictured) - most of them had been covered and piped to bathhouses that operated in the early 20th century. The park is more of a historical park than anything else - the men's bath in one of the bathhouses was pretty spectacular as you can see by the pictures of the statue and stained glass ceiling.



Saw some interesting lawn decorations in Arkansas, like the on below, and a self-proclaimed "largest cross in the western hemisphere" in Texas (haven't verified the claim though). In fact, most of the radio stations throughout Arkansas and Texas have been country and religious.


Hey you two...enjoying your pictures and updates. Evan, it was hot(ish) and very humid here yesterday. I think more of the same today. You guys are really experiencing the country. Very cool.
